Peter Pan

Words by Haley Cox, Music by Phil Collingwood

Peter Pan – a show by Duckegg Theatre Company.
Previewing at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival Fringe

A fresh, modern, musical retelling of Peter Pan with words by Haley Cox and music by Phil Collingwood exploring small town mentality, youth aspiration and the challenges of following your dreams.

It’s five minutes until closing time at Priceland. Join A Level student and cashier Wendy Darling as she takes us into the timeless story of Peter Pan – second star to the left and straight on ’til morning!

Throw in a misunderstood Captain Hook, a hot guitarist Peter Pan, a Tinker Bell straight out of ‘TOWIE’ and a sprinkle of fairy dust (oh, and an awesome soundtrack!) and you get a sparkling show guaranteed to get your toes tapping.

The Lost Boys are played by members of our Acting School.

  • The Ropewalk

The Ropewalk arts centre is housed in a former rope-making factory which closed in 1989. It now houses three exhibition spaces, a Craft Gallery and Hall-Mark Room as well as the live entertainment venue, Ropery Hall.

The Ropewalk is also home to the Ropery Coffee Shop, a small Museum documenting the history of the building from 1801, artists’ studios, meeting rooms for hire and a bespoke picture framing service.

It is open seven days a week: Monday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays from 10am to 4pm.
